UP FOR AUCTION IN IT'S ORIGINAL BOX IS A CODF-13008-C HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY TO FIT THE RIGHT OR LEFT HAND SIDE OF ALL 1960 FALCON SEDANS, WAGONS AND RANCHEROS.  THIS BUCKET IS UNIQUE TO THE 1960 MODEL DUE TO THE MOUNTING PROVISIONS FOR THE HEADLAMP DOOR.  I BOUGHT THIS AS PART OF A PARTS LOT FROM A CLOSED FORD DEALER AND IT APPEARED TO BE NOS BUT ON CLOSER LOOK IT SEEMS THAT THE HEADLAMP ADJUSTING SCREWS LOOK USED AS WELL AS THE HEADLAMP RETAINING SREWS AND POSSIBLY THE RING.  POSSIBLY OTHER PARTS ARE NOT NOS I'M NOT SURE.  DUE TO THESE ISSUES I'M GOING TO CALL THIS UNIT USED BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT PART - THE BUCKET ITSELF IS NOS AND NEVER BEEN MOUNTED TO A CAR.  PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES AS PART OF THIS DESCRIPTION AND DECIDE IF THIS WILL WORK FOR YOU.  IT LOOKS TO BE A NICE OEM HARD TO FIND PART FOR YOUR FIRST YEAR FALCON.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING USING EBAY'S GLOBAL SHIPPING.  PLEASE SEE MY OTHER AUCTIONS.

Chrysler recalls Charger police vehicles

Chrysler is recalling almost 10,000 Dodge Charger police cars from the 2011 and 2012 model years. The affected vehicles have a faulty bulb-harness connector that could overheat, causing the low beams to fail. Certain vehicles could also lose their antilock brakes or stability control if the power-distribution center overheats.

Honda has released a promo video (below) for the Honda CR-Z Last month we got the specs and prices for the UK Honda CR-Z Hybrid, Honda’s modern hybrid take on the CR-X – they want us to believe. So having given us the buy price – it starts at £17k – and the specification – the basic gets Climate ,  CD player, heated door mirrors, rear dimming mirror, electric windows, daytime running lights and Shift Indicator Light (SIL) – it’s now time to get the marketing underway. Despite feeling that Honda are barking up the wrong tree by trying to make an underpowered hybrid powertrain seem an appealingly sporty prospect, we have to admire their wish to do so.

The new Ford Vertrek concept car, unveiled today at the 2011 North American International Auto Show, is a signal that they now want to roll out the same thinking to the SUV market.  Currently, Ford sells the Kuga crossover in Europe and the Escape in America.
