Ford had the Thunderbird and GM the Corvette, but Chrysler's approach was more pragmatic, producing cars that were practical and robust but also slow. Kia has previewed the Kia VG - a replacement for the Kia Opirus And there are no plans to bring the big, luxury Kia to the UK – at least not yet. Kia would have to shell out a pretty big chunk of change to convert the VG/Opirus to RHD, and at the moment they don’t perceive there would be sufficient demand. But that could change.
