 Up for bid is a new old stock (without the box) three-way brake spring tool, Herbrand part number 264.  This tool was obtained from an old service garage and is not a newly remanufactured tool.  According to my 1966 Herbrand Manual, this has the following application..." One end removes Bendix brake shoe springs. Second end replaces springs. Third end is anti-rattle spring tool with slotted tip."

 

  The tool measures 8 1/2" x 5".  I have inspected it closely and it is in brand new, never used condition.  It is free of any rust, wear or any other damage.  Cast on the piece is 264 HERBRAND USA.

A noted TV presenter and marine biologist, Halls has helmed several TV shows on BBC and Animal Planet.
