This hubcap is used and in good shape. It has two blue paint marks on it and I have not tried to remove them. It also has some scratches on the edges and a couple of tiny rust spots on the edges. There are no dents in the hubcap. Please look at all the pictures carefully because the show the scratches on the hubcap. I have two more of these hubcaps that I will listing in the next couple of days.
