This item is a 1960s Mopar brand tire inflator canister appears. This does have alot of fluid in it I am not sure how they came but it does appear to be most of the way full. Instead of a traditional AWD system that directs torque to wheels only when slip is detected, the Buick system sends motive force to the rear on every launch.
