In most cases, when available we do offer advance warranty replacement parts, which is something that sets us apart from our competitors. We charge a deposit to ensure we get our part back, but this is much better than you waiting to send your part to us for a replacement, which many of our competitors make you do. Returning uninstalled wrong parts will be treated as a standard return and subject to a restocking fee. No exceptions. Standard returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
