Here we have a vintage 1961 M.R.R.A. 1st place hydroplane racing trophy.  Grand Rapids Ohio. Trophy is 13" tall at tallest point. The base measures 7" by 4".  On the bottom someone noted "Grand Rapids Ohio 7-4-61 SCT 54mph  below goes on 54mph course NOT Approved." hard to read some of it as shown in pic 5. There is remnants of a piece of tape near the top on face of wood as shown in picture 1. The Hydro is sporting a mighty Mercury Mark motor! Cool vintage racing trophy in good condition. See pictures. But it seems Vauxhall are not content with just having a funky little urban runaround to flog, they want to get in on the butch mini urban crossover market too. Or that certainly appears to be the aim looking at Vauxhall’s latest Adam project – the Vauxhall Adam Rocks.

SRT Motorsports Viper team ready for Le Mans return

SRT is heading back to France with two identically prepared Viper GTS-Rs for the 24 Hours of Le Mans on June 22-23. It will be the first time the marque has competed at the race since it won the GTS class three consecutive times, from 1998 to 2000. It will compete in the LM GTE Pro Class.

But things have got a bit more complicated over the years; probably because the cubic capacity of the engine is not necessarily an indication of its power.
