THIS IS AN ORIGINAL 17 INCH 1962 BELAIR/BISCAYNE STEERING WHEEL, HORN BAR, HORN CAP, AND CANCELLING CAM. IT HAS BEEN PAINTED A LIGHT METALLIC SILVER BLUE(LIKE EARLY PONTIAC ENGINE PAINT). PAINT IS VERY GOOD. IT HAS SOME HAIR LINE CRACKS, AS CAN BE SEEN IN PICTURES. CHROME HAS SOME MINOR PITS, BUT IS VERY SHINY. HORN CAP IS VERY NICE. IT IS READY TO BOLT ON.
