One VERY nice original 1963-1967 Corvette Hardtop. This is an optional vinyl 1967 hardtop in excellent condition inside and out. Weatherstrips appear to be original and in very good shape. Looks like an extra piece of foam might have been added to the header area, which is not as nice of shape as the remainder of the weatherstrip. There is one small (1/2") area where the vinyl material has shrunk up on the back near the glass (see pic, hard to spot). Stainless is original and in nice shape. Few minor spots in rear window, see pics, would likely polish out? This is a very nice top ready for installation if you want a hardtop for your car, or you are missing the original for your car. Pick up is preferred for this item, it is located NW of Columbus Ohio. I have access to a shipping company where I could get a quote from. A crate can be supplied for $150 additional. Shipping quotes can be given if necessary; just contact me. And, as we thought, the disposal of Volvo by Ford is said to be a condition of the help that Ford, along with the other main US car makers, is begging from the US government.

Looking at its design, the team's childlike enthusiasm has shone through, resulting in a very cool concept. From the rakish front to the wraparound windscreen and on to the bread van rear, everything communicates high-tech and ‘70's futurism while also channeling a little of the Star Wars X-Wing. Thanks to plastic body panels, the concept weighs only 850kg and is powered by a 491cc rotary engine delivering 247bhp fitted behind the cabin, in front of the rear axle.

Mon, 15 Aug 2011Lotus Evora GTE Road Car Concept Lotus has taken away the Exige from its American customers with the Exige Matte Black Final Edition heralding the end, but is planning on giving back something a bit meatier at Pebble Beach trhis month in the shape of the Lotus Evora GTE Road Car Concept. All we’ve got so far is one (less than wonderful) image of the Evora GTE Road Car and a bit of detail. That bit of detail tells us that the Evora GTE Road Car is based on / inspired by the Lotus Evora GTE, which recently ran the Le Mans 24 Hours, and gets a tuned version of the regular Toyota V6 to deliver 420bhp .
