This listing is for "REBUILD SERVICE ONLY" (which includes test and tune and return shipping) for Ford Autolite and Motorcraft 1bbl's like 1100 and 1101 models with or without SCV (spark control valves) Please see our other postings for Rochester 1bbl's like the B, BC, and BV's. As well as for 2bbl's like the 2G, 2GC, 2GV and QuadraJets like 4MV's. And newer QuadraJets like M4MC, M4ME AND E4ME, E4MEF AND E4MED... Rebuild service for these range from $199-$275.00. Once paid for we send you our address to send "YOUR" carburetor to us to be "re-manufactured", tested and tuned, and the price does include the return shipping. Note: If you core is not re-buildable we may have a core to offer but at an extra price. If not then we will return it to you and refund your purchase less $25.00 for shipping and handling. Our procedure begins with completely dis-assembling. We then remove all the dirt and grime along with any other buildup and clean all the surfaces down the original material with a process that does NOT include sand blasting. (sorry, trade secret) We can plate most of our carbs back to their original colors if required using green chromate on the bodies and either black oxide or gold zinc on the hardware. Some, go through a special polishing procedure that leaves a non-rust preventative on the surface. We of course re-bush the throttle shafts if need be and install all new original equipment internal parts, floats, jets, etc.. and include new gaskets. We also completely restore the choke assembly with new parts even replace the cover when needed. After re-assembly it goes through a series of tests including a live engine test and tune to guarantee the customer, in most cases, a "bolt-on and go" experience (some adjustments may be needed for their engine). The carb is this picture represents how nice yours will be once received back. If you do NOT have a core to send us we can most likely provide you with one for a fee. If you need a specific oe# to match your original we can try to locate and restore one for you, but at a premium price. If you have questions don't be shy...
