1963 Ford spinners

I am offering 3 used OEM Ford hub caps for Ford cars.  I did no cleaning on these, they are just as found.  I see a moderate ding in one of them, but for the most part. these are very nice.  Probably not show quality but they would be fine for drivers or hangers.  These are from a decades old body-shop, and have been stored indoors for many many years so they are probably better preserved than most.   Please see photos.

Shipping for this item will be 14.99.  Winner should contact me within 48 hours of auctions end with payment details if immediate payment is not made.  Payment must be received within 10 days or item will be re-listed and non paying bidder will be filed.

How I do business

I ship items at least weekly, usually more than that.  If an auction ends on Sunday night and you pay immediately, your item will likely go out Monday or Tuesday.

All electronics are sold as is.  I do not sell damaged electronics without full disclosure.  But buyers should be aware that there are inherent risks in shipping old electronics across the country.  I pack my items very well, and am in no way responsible for any damage that occurs between packing and receiving.

Concept Car of the Week: Ford 021C (1999)

Fri, 12 Sep 2014

As Australian-born designer Marc Newson this week joined Apple, we can only wish that he brings with him the same smart-yet-playful approach as he did with his radical Ford 021C concept. Presented at the 1999 Tokyo Motor Show, the project began when Marc Newson was commissioned by Ford global design director, J Mays, to create an innovative interior. Their mutual passion for design and their enthusiasm led to a much larger project and Newson eventually delivered a complete working prototype.

Jenson Button drives the McLaren P1 up the Goodwood hillclimb (video) UPDATED

Sun, 14 Jul 2013

Jenson Button drives the McLaren P1 (pictured at Goodwood) up the hillclimb Update: We’ve added an extra video of the McLaren P1 going up the hillclimb that shows more of the actual run (below) It’s all Goodwood FoS this weekend – hardly surprising – and now we have video of the McLaren P1 in action up the hillclimb. McLaren roped in their F1 star, Jenson Button, to get behind the wheel of the P1 for its debut on the Goodwood hillclimb, but we get more of the Jenson talking head than we do of the P1 in action. Still, Jenson’s an affable and entertaining chap, and we learn that his daily driver is currently a company car – the McLaren 12C Spider – which he keeps in his garage in Monaco.
