1963 Corvette Muncie M-20 manual transmission.  Has been completely disassembled, cleaned. New bearings.  New gaskets and seals were installed.  Pt#'s are as fallows:  Maincase 3831704 (6, 1st week), tailcase 3831731 (6, 2nd week), cover 3831707 (2, 3rd week),  Use of period correct bolts w/headmarks.  SBC on the input  shaft collar, L's on the cover bolts,  RBW on the shifter, Has a speedo gear and anchor bold on retainer.  Shifter  was a early takeoff and was just cleaned, not replated.  Has an original factory rear mount with embossed part #, with correct RBW bolts and thick washers. Very nice original slip shaft for driveline.  Was going to re stamp this for a car but body was stolen. Side numbers started with an "S" so I know it came from a Corvette. Missing the reverse arm and needs new clips and linkage nuts.  Very hard to find complete transmission.  Have other midyear parts for sale.

The Maserati Levante SUV (pictured) will arrive in 2015 Fiat’s plans top revive the Maserati brand are off to a good start after sales grew strongly last year to more than 22,500 cars in the first nine months with the new Quattroporte and new Ghibli contributing strongly to those figures. But with a target of 50,000 sales a year, Maserati need new models too and the next in line for production is the Maserati Levante SUV, which Sergio Marchionne has now confirmed will arrive in production guise in 2015. It was expected the Levante would be a re-working of the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but with the Grand Cherokee selling in droves – and with a desire to make the Levante as ‘Italian’ as possible – it now looks like the Levante will get a version of the platform underpinning the Ghibli and use Maserati’s own 4WD system.
