I am offering a factory original Muncie M20 4 Speed Transmission out of a 1963 Corvette split window.  The Corvette was upgraded to a 5 Speed Tremec Transmission.  The serial number on original Muncie M20 is P1028.  The case is aluminum with the cast number of 3851325. The aluminum tailshaft housing has the cast number GM3846429. The collar around the input shaft reads 3851326. The side cover cast number reads 3831717.

 It has been inspected and this assembly is clean, no damage, welds, or repairs with gears looking to be free from abuse. The 63 Corvette has been owned by the same owner the last 45 years and has been meticulously maintained.

JUST 4% of drivers choose which engine oil goes into their car during a service, according to new research. The remaining 96% either don’t care or simply go with whatever a mechanic recommends, leading to calls from a leading engine oil manufacturer and the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) for raised awareness of the benefits of high-grade engine lubricants. In a study of 1,000 drivers, conducted on behalf of Mobil 1, 65% said they wouldn’t know what oil viscosity their car would need to take, while 69% added they had no idea which brand of oil their car manufacturer recommends.
