This is an Original 1962 - 1963 Chevrolet Starter used on Corvettes, Impalla and other passenger cars. The starter pictured is stamped with the Delco #1107242 and date code 2H13 ( 1962 August 13). All of our starters listed were professionally rebuilt and come with a 12 month guarantee. Most of the following starters are rebuilt and ready to ship. Others may take a couple of weeks. You may also chose from one of the following #242 date codes:

Buick Regal unveiled in Hollywood

Buick unveiled its 2011 Regal sedan Thursday night at the once-and-future-famous Hollywood Palladium, a new car from an old division being shown at an old dance hall that just got a full renovation. Is there an analogy in there someplace? The Palladium opened its doors with a Tommy Dorsey concert in 1940, at a time when Buicks ruled the road.

Honda to leave F1

The rumour mill is working overtime on everything cars at the moment. But this story seems to be for real. Honda is set to announce that its Formula 1 Team is to be put up for sale with immediate effect, and if no buyer materialises then it intends pulling out of the new Formula 1 season due to start in March 2009.
