HERE WE HAVE WHAT I BELIEVE TO BE A DECENT FORD MIRROR. 63 GALAXIE BY NUMBER I BELIEVE. OTHER YEARS AND FORD MODELS APPLY. PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW IT IS CORRECT FOR YOU, BEFORE BIDDING. THE MIRROR HAS THE PATINA THAT ONLY MOTHER NATURE AND FATHER TIME CAN PROVIDE. THERE IS PITTING. MAINLY A FEW SPOTS ON THE BACK, AND A LITTLE MORE SMALL SPOTS ON THE STEM. THERE ARE ALSO THE AGING DISCOLORATION SPOTS OFTEN FOUND IN CHROME OF THIS AGE. THE TINY DOTS YOU SEE BUT CAN'T FEEL. THE GLASS IS OK BUT DOES HAVE SOME SCRATCHES AND DISCOLORATION SPOTS. IT IS REALLY TIGHT ON THE STEM PROBABLY NEEDING LUBRICATION. MIND YOU JUST ATTEMPTING TO BE AS HONEST AS I CAN. IT IS NOT A BARRETT JACKSON PIECE BUT A GOOD OLD UNRESTORED PART NONETHELESS. I RATE IT A 3 MINUS, ON A SCALE OF 1-5, WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE, RARITY AND CONDITION. VERY COOL WALL ART TOO! HARD TO FIND PART... HONESTLY WE JUST DON'T FIND THESE.
I AM honest about what I sell. Almost all of these old parts have imperfections. Unless you are willing to spend a lot for a part the best you can do are look for those in good shape which this is.
WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!
ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE HAVE SPENT TIME AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS. HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PARTS AND NONE OF THESE. TAKE A CLOSE LOOK!
WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!
These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce. After 8 years of selling over a 5000 items we've come to this conclusion. If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts. All they can do is go up in value. Our point is this. We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell. Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up. Please don't misunderstand us. We want and do appreciate your business. It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future. UP.
PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS. WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS. SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING. THIS IS A BUSINESS TRANSACTION. THANKS. HAPPY BIDDING.
-- The gents over at Chromjuwelen compiled a list of their favorite car builds of 2013. Number 10 starts off with a BMW 525i station wagon from the 1990s that's received an LSX V8 engine swap, just to give you some idea what kinds of "builds" Chromjuwelen is talking about. -- If you've seen the 1975-1979 Chevrolet Monza V8, you can bravely click on this link to read its fascinating (in a not-particularly good way) story.
WITH the launch of Ford’s new Focus just around the corner, the Blue Oval firm has announced that prices will start from £13,995 - the same as today’s Focus, with top Titanium and Titanium X versions costing £100 less than the outgoing equivalents. The new Focus range retains a six-series line-up of Studio (from £13,995), Style (£16,795), Zetec (£18,295), Zetec S (£20,045), Titanium (£19,795) and Titanium X (£21,795). According to Ford, the new Focus builds on its reputation for technology, which since 2011 has featured automated parallel parking, Active City Stop low-speed collision avoidance, Traffic Sign Recognition to monitor and record road signs and Blind Spot Information System, as optional equipment.
Director of BMW i design Benoît Jacob showed Car Design News the i Pedelec bicycle alongside a new version of the i3 concept at the company's new Park Lane ‘i store' in London. The compact bike folds artfully into the boot of the car, recharging its batteries when stowed. Made in limited numbers, a few i Pedelecs will run outside its contractual fleet of 4,000 vehicles at the London Olympics.
