Wanna build a car hauler?  Here's a fair start.  This GMC cab from a cab-over engine truck has lotsa room in it.  Very minor rust in the cab corners because the glass, while not wonderful, is all still in it.  The steering column and wheel and the front bumper are still with it.  The engine cover and seats are in it, etc.  Texas ownership papers go with it.  This was a tilt-cab arrangement [at the frame front so it offers many options for mounting on your chassis.  The passenger seat is about 1.5x regular width and two riding on it would sure hafta be good friends.  Even one on that seat would not wanna ride very far.  I have a winch-truck with one of these cabs on it and I have sat on better driver's seats as well.  You'd probably want better seats for long distance trips.  If you need more pix I'll take some but don't work me to death.  This thing's not all that expensive.  Of course you'll hafta come and get it.  I have a forklift that'll set it on your trailer for you.   No  scammers. Don't try 'em.  My friend Oofie Abraham often said, ''If it doesn't sell, raise the price.'' So I have raised the price.  Of course I am still open to offers if you are a serious buyer.  Please don't bore me by putting the item on watch and then never acting.  If you don't plan to buy, just go away.

Weather finally let up enough to investigate what's left under the cab. Jim just cut some of the front frame horns off leaving the complete cab-tilt hinges intact. I suspected the frame horns were still there because the front bumper was on it.  I was able to take pix under the cab. Pix of the left hinge turned out well but couldn't get a good shot of the right side. I have more pix but this only allows me 12. There is no significant rust under the cab. Jim cut the frame horns in removing the cab [he used the running chassis to make a wagon to load hay. Didn't need a cab or the factory steering. In cutting the frame horns off, the tilt hinges [which are massive castings were left intact.  Ask Me a question and I can post 5 of the pix in my reply.
