Up for sale is a console for a 1963 impala super sport.It is used and has scratches as you would expect for something that was made 50 years ago.

It has one good size scratch on the shift plate, other than that I would say it is in fair shape. This has been in my storage for the last 25 years I had hoped to build another 63 but I guess that's just not going to happen .The rear  light is missing ,but the plastic is in fair shape as it has not been out of the sun. the shift boot is tore and should be replaced,well I would replace it but that's me. This also comes with the transmission tail housing it is for the stock power glide as you can see the shiftier is bolted to it ,This is 63 super sport only, as no other year uses this same set up .I put the shiftier in my vice to test it and it sill works as is should. all the bolt holes on the tail housing are in good shape. What you see in the pictures is what you get, nothing more, nothing less, take a good look at the pictures so you know what you are getting . IT IS USED !! if you need one that looks new, then you should buy a new one.

The Hyundai Intrado (pictured) will debut at Geneva 2014 The Hyundai Intrado Concept (pictured above) is being previewed ahead of a debut at next year’s Geneva Motor Show, and previews not just the new Intrado but Hyundai’s vision of its future. The Intrado (HED-9) looks to be a compact SUV/Crossover and features Hyundai’s Fluidic Sculpture 2.0 design, showcasing the design future of Hyundai now Peter Schreyer is pulling the design strings at Hyundai as well as Kia. Hyundai say the Intrado is built round a super-lightweight structure using advanced materials joined with a revolutionary technique which, say Hyundai, could change the way cars are constructed in the future.

The Volkswagen Polo Blue GT – a warmed over Polo – will cost from £17,400 for the 1.4-litre 138bhp 6 spd manual. The Polo Blue GT gets the 1.4 TFSI engine with 138bhp so the little Polo can row along well enough, but it also get cylinder deactivation for when you’re not blatting from traffic light to traffic light to endow the Blue GT with official average economy of 60.1mpg (or 62.7mpg if you opt for the DSG ‘box). When you’re not worried about being parsimonious with your fuel the Polo GT skips along to 62mph in 7.9 seconds and handles well enough thanks to the Polo’s already decent setup and a 15mm lower suspension.

2013 Range Rover gets its first Award

The 2013 Range Rover – which has just arrived at the 2012 Paris Motor Show – has garnered its first award as the top 4×4 by the Sunday Times. It seems that the Sunday Times felt able to judge all that mattered about the new Range Rover from a ride in the passenger seat of a new Range Rover being driven by Land Rover’s Chief Engineer, Mike Cross. Very odd.
