Item Specifics: This item is a reproduction, GM Licensed part, 1963L- 1967 Corvette C2 Bowtie Outside Mirror. It includes a mounting kit with a new gasket and hardware. The C2 Bowtie Outside Mirror has a die cast Chevy Bowtie insignia on the head, mirror lock ring, tension springs, and a short teardrop shaped base. This is a brand new mirror, not re-chromed!

Cross-country in a Corvette Stingray: Conclusion
Tue, 27 Aug 2013The final leg of our cross-country Corvette trip took us from Detroit to Charlevoix, Mich. -- about 45 minutes north of our birthplace, Traverse City. Aside from the drivers on I-75 in metro Detroit -- who may be the worst in the world -- and the still-intermittent audio system, the ride was pretty uneventful.
General Motors recalls Chevrolet Impala police cars to repair suspension part
Mon, 13 Aug 2012General Motors is recalling 36,413 Chevrolet Impala police vehicles from model years 2008 to 2012. The problem is with the front lower control arm, which may fracture. GM says it may cause tire chirping at low speeds and could result in loss of control of the vehicle at higher speeds, leading to a crash.
Audi R8 Spyder leaks out
Thu, 10 Sep 2009The first proper pictures of the new Audi R8 Spyder We’ve known for some time that the drop-top R8 was coming to Frankfurt. The Spyder has been seen out and about on the set of the film ‘Iron Man II’, and we had a UK Audi dealer using a picture from the set to promote orders for the R8 Spyder back in July. So it’s not new news, but the pictures are new and are obviously part of the official release set – which we’ll no doubt see later today.
