These are original Ford Seat Belts Seatbelts that are black. They are the deluxe style, the upgraded seat belts, with the all metal buckle and they open and close with the flange in the middle, not like the plastic style that open and close at the end. These were used on 1964 1964 1/2 1965 1966 Mustang Falcon Thunderbird Galaxie Fairlane and others. They both open and close fine. The retractors retract fine, but are sluggish, and need a cleaning and oiling. The chrome on the back sides are nice, with very little pitting. IMPORTANT: Please note the webbing on the buckle side on each of them has been cut. I can send the metal mounting bracket if desired, but this is for safety. The webbing is over 50 years old, and is LONG past safety standards, so you need to have them rewebbed before use. There are many companies that reweb seat belts, the best being Python Restorations. If you want, I can have them sent directly to Python for rewebbing, as long as it is noted in the paypal payment. |

Cadillac CTS-V ‘sets saloon Nurburgring record’

It reports the 2009 CTS-V lapped the 13-and-a-bit mile circuit in an impressive 7min 59.32sec.‘This blistering time appears to be the fastest ever publicly documented for a production sedan,’ says a breathless press release. And according to the records we’ve researched, they appear to be correct, although a Subaru Impreza STi Spec-C also lapped in 7min 59sec.It leaves us wondering who else is going to launch an assault on the Nordschleife’s 73 corners.
