UP FOR ACTION IS A USED FORD TIMING COVER.THIS FITS THE FORD 289 AND THE 289 HIPO.THIS TIMING OVER IS FOR THE ALUMINUM WATER PUMPS NOT THE METAL PUMPS.THIS WILL NOT WORK WITH THE METAL PUMPS.LOOK AT THE WATER PASSAGES TO SEE WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.THERE IS SOME ROT IN THE WATER PASSAGES.I TRIED TO GET PICS OF IT.IF NEED I CAN ADD MORE.ONE OF THE FUEL PUMP BOLT WHOLES IS STRIPED.THE BACK ONE CLOSE TO THE HEAD.ITS NOT PERFECT SO READ THE CONDITION DESCRIPTION.THE DATE CODE LOOKS TO BE AUGUST 1964.ASK ANY QUESTIONS.THANKS FOR LOOKING AND HAPPY BIDDING....

GM posts $6 billion loss, burns $10.2 billion in cash as sales fall

General Motors, facing a June 1 U.S. restructuring deadline to avoid bankruptcy, posted a $6 billion net loss in the first quarter and burned through $10.2 billion in cash as global auto sales plunged. GM had $11.6 in cash reserves on March 31, down from $14.2 billion at the end of the fourth quarter.
