Booklet is worn with age, including a half-fold on the front cover. Pages inside are pretty nice - with a little yellowing and minor stains. There is also slight moth damage to the rear/bottom which is affecting the how well the bottom staple holds the cover. Again, the pages inside are secure here also. Most wear is on the cover.  Overall condition fair.
