I'm having to list this car as a salvage or parts category because I do not have a title, per EBAY policy but its certainly a restoration candidate and could be a daily driver with little work. Its a 1964 Chevrolet Belair. Very straight old car and great restoration candidate. Doors close extremely tight. The engine is a 283 V8 and has been rebuilt and fires right off with a little gas poured in the carb, I figure the fuel pump is out or maybe blockage in the fuel tank. The transmission is a power glide and shifted fine when the engine was rebuilt. This car has been sitting in a shed for the past 6 years, Excellent glass all the way around, bumpers, chrome trim is awesome and lots of straight body parts. The odometer shows just over 75,000 miles. The body is 90% good, although the trunk and left rear quarter panel is rusted through and the drivers side floor has rust, although some repairs have been made. All lights high and low, turn signals work perfect, no damaged or cracked lenses. The VIN # 41669 R 157609.  Call with questions, I will help any way that I can 903-467-9736.

Mercedes R-class facelift (2010) first official pictures

This is the facelifted Mercedes R-class, unveiled today at the 2010 New York auto show.  It lives, and in the UK the new model will only be available as an entry level, rear-drive R300 CDI and a top-spec, long-wheelbase R350 CDI. The R300 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY 2WD (to give this big beast its full name) is 7% more efficient than before but still offers the same power and performance. The more snappily titled R350 CDI 4MATIC is also more economical (its 33.2mpg bettering its predecessor by 2.8mpg) but also more powerful, with outputs of 261bhp and 457ft up from 218bhp and 376lb ft.

Suzuki Swift SZ-L launched

Suzuki has launched a new Limited Edition Swift - the Suzuki Swift SZ-L The SZ-L is designed to offer a more economical option to the usual 1.5 litre lump, and substitutes it with a 1.3 litre, 93bhp engine from the Swift GL, which delivers 0-60mph in 11.0 seconds, 48.7 mpg and CO2 emissions of 140g/km which isn’t actually too shoddy. To make this limited edition SZ-L, Suzuki are throwing in a few tweaks and some toys to make the package more appealing. You get AirCon, a choice of new metallic colours, some extra chrome bits and an upgrade or two for the interior.

Arash AF-10 – almost ready

The Arash AF-10 seems finally close to production Arash Farboud likes the idea of making supercars. He was responsible for the Farboud GTS which eventually became the Farbio, and he’s been busy working on his new creation – the Arash AF-10 – for the last three years or more. Finally it looks as if the the AF-10 is almost ready to go with the release of a fair amount of detail and some price estimates.
