This is off a 1964 Chevy Chevelle Malibu SS rear view mirror.  It is in decent driver quality for its age.  It has signs of aging mainly some pits on the mounting bracket and on the backside, there are a few light scratches on the mirror.  It work fine for a driver.   Part # is 441167.
