THIS AUCTION IS FOR ONE CHRYSLER HEMI MODEL K  CAST IRON CYLINDER HEAD, THEY WERE USED IN 1964..THE CYLINDER HEAD HAS BEEN WELDED & TWO VALVE GUIDES WERE INSTALLED, ALONG WITH FOUR VALVE SEATS. THE CYLINDER HEAD  THEN HAD A VALVE JOB AND RESURFACED . WHAT YOU SEE IN THE FIRST TWO PICTURES IS WHAT YOU GET. THE OTHER PICTURES SHOW THE REPAIRS. THESE CYLINDER HEADS ARE GETTING HARD TO COME BY, SO IF YOU ARE RESTORING  A 1964  HEMI CAR  HERES YOUR CHANCE TO HAVE A SPARE OR GET WHAT YOU NEED. BMW are planning to facelift the Z4 for 2013 and add a new M Performance model – the BMW Z4 M35i – to replace the Z4 sDrive35iS. Four years since the current BMW Z4 was launched at the Detroit Motor Show in January 2009, it looks like BMW’s roadster is getting a facelift to keep it fresh, and a new M Performance model – the BMW Z4 M35iS. Changes to the 2013 Z4 are likely to be modest, with the usual facelift fare of new bumpers, new lights, new alloys, titivated ‘more upmarket’ interior and tweaks to the engines to offer more power with better economy and lower emissions.

Toyota Motor Corp. agreed on Monday to pay two more safety fines for a total of $32.4 million, the maximum allowable under U.S. law, to settle federal investigations of whether the company notified regulators of safety defects in timely fashion.
