for sale a 1964 Pontiac 389/421 tri power valley pan it is in excellent condition, the pan has been hot tanked and chemically cleaned in side and out glass beaded and re cleaned several times to ensure it was spotless it does come with the pcv grommet not pictured, the edges are straight and will seal just fine there is a small dent on one corner of the underside of the pan NOT in the sealing area. it is a rear pcv and the outside edges are not cut out this is for a 64 and prior do your home work im not sure what else it fits but it did come off a 64 389 tri power. I will only ship to continental u.s.a.

Mazda is looking to license their SkyActiv Technology to raise capital (CX-5 with SkyActiv pictured) Mazda are predicting losses for the current financial year of £750 million and are looking to sell their SkyActiv technology to raise cash. Mazda isn’t having the best of times at the moment, despite an impressive range of cars that are getting more interesting with Mazda’s SkyActiv technology, and are predicting that they will post a loss of around £750 million for the current financial year. There are a variety of reasons for Mazda’s financial predicament – including the strength of the Yen and the production problems after the Japanese Tsunami – but this is the fourth year in a row Mazda has posted losses.

File this one under "harmless speculation we're hoping Ford execs are paying attention to": Top Speed has rendered the 2015 Mustang Mach 1, giving an idea of what to expect if/when the Blue Oval trots out a hotter version of the newest pony car. The heat extractors on the hood get beefed up, and there's no missing the gigantic, adjustable front splitter. The lip spoiler on the trunk would be subtle if not for the contrasting black paint.
