1964 Nos Chevrolet Biscayne 409 Bel Air Tail Light Lens Backup Glo-brite In Box on 2040-parts.com
Pasadena, California, US
Today we have an original new old stock 1964 Chevrolet back up tail light lens for a Biscayne. It will also fit any 1964 full size Chevy except the wagon. This lens is different from the Impala in that is does not have the chrome ring around the outer edge. If you look closely you can see a ridge where the chrome ring looks like it would have been added to this same lens. The lens is new in the box. I do not see any scratches or cracks. They are very bright and clear red. They look freshly molded, even though they are 49 years old. Please check the photos. You will see how nice these are. We are also selling another one that matches this one so please check our other auctions to bid on it as well. We will be happy to answer any questions you might have. Thank you for looking and good luck!

EyesOn design awards 2012 winners announced at NAIAS
Tue, 10 Jan 2012The Detroit-based EyesOn Design competition winners have just been announced at their traditional time, late on the second press day of the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. The jury, which this year included Ralph Giles (Chrysler), Derek Jenkins (Mazda), Lorenzo Ramaciotti (Fiat/Chrysler), Peter Schreyer (Kia) and Franz Von Holzhausen (Tesla) had a much greater array of products to choose from than in recent years; this is a somewhat rejuvenated Detroit auto show. From the cars on display at the show, the judges shortlisted the Ford Fusion, BMW 3-Series and Cadillac ATS for the best production car award.

New Ford Kuga production increased to meet strong demand
Thu, 04 Apr 2013Ford has revealed that it having to increase production of the new Kuga by 10 per cent at its Valencia Plant to meet strong demand. We reported in February that Ford were chuffed with sales of the new Kuga - especially as almost all buyers were opting for ‘premium’ versions – with orders for almost 2,000 in the UK just weeks after the Kuga went in to production in Spain, and sales across Europe for the Kuga up 27 per cent year on year. So Ford is now doing the only thing they can to deal with the burgeoning sales of the Kuga and are upping production in Valencia by 10 per cent, and now expect to build 100,000 new Kugas this year for Europe alone.
