The general condition is good for 49 year old parts. The paint may be faded and has scratches with surface rust in areas that were not painted. The upper hinge has some play and may need new hinge pins. It is and has been stored in Phoenix Arizona outside.  Look at the pictures close and you be the judge to see if this will work for you.
