Ford CEO Alan Mulally is famously on-message, handing out business-card-size versions of his business plan to all and sundry, including his “One Ford” mantra. “One Ford” covers a lot of ground, but it's shorthand for Ford becoming a single entity where the right hand knows what the left hand is doing. But with Volvo’s new V40 hitting the roads, Volvo revealed they were ending production of the C30 and now they’ve decided they’re going to give away the very last C30 – an R-Design model with Polestar upgrades and an Ice White paint job – in a Twitter competition starting on 13th June.

2012 Honda CR-V, 2013 Acura ILX recalled for door-latch fix

Honda is recalling about 166,000 copies of the 2012 Honda CR-V SUV and 6,200 copies of the 2013 Acura ILX sedan to fix a door latch. Honda says the release cable can come off the front door latch. If this happens, the door may not properly close or can open without warning, even when locked.
