Kit includes:
- Fuel Sending Unit Retaining Ring for 1965-1973 Mustang and 1967-1973 Cougar. Also fits 1960-1965 Falcon. This part retains the sending unit in the fuel tank and is frequently damaged when changing out the sending unit. Dimensions: -2-1/8" I.D. -2-15/16" O.D.
- Original Fuel Sending Unit O-Ring Gasket for 1965-1973 Mustang and 1967-1973 Cougar. This is the gasket that seals the sending unit to the fuel tank. Also fits 1960-1965 Falcon.
- Fuel Tank Sending Unit Float for 1965-1973 Mustang and 1967-1973 Cougar. Repair the fuel sending unit on your Mustang or Cougar with a new float. This Brass float attaches to the fuel sending unit inside the tank. Dimensions: 1-1/4" x 2" *Also fits 1960-1965 Falcon
- Fuel Sending Unit Filter with 5/16" Inlet for 1965-1973 Mustang and 1967-1973 Cougar. Replaceable fuel filter that easily slide onto the sending unit pick up tube. Designed to original specifications. Filters will get clogged as gets old, and need to be replaced with service part.

Silverstone gets British Grand Prix
Mon, 07 Dec 2009Silverstone has won a 17 year deal to host the British Grand Prix Now the farce that was the Donnington bid has been expunged, we’ve been waiting for confirmation that Bernie Ecclestone will take in to account more than just money and confirm that the British Grand Prix will survive. It seemed certain last week that a deal would happen, and the official announcement has come this morning that Silverstone has secured a 17 year deal to host F1. The key to the deal seems to be the length of the agreement.
Ferrari 4×4 Hybrid system on the drawing board
Sat, 23 May 2009One of the drawings Ferrari has submitted to the European Patent Office for a 4x4 Hybrid System [ad#ad-1] Actually, the headline is quite literal. It would appear that Ferrari is working on four wheel drive hybrid propulsion systems after plans submitted to the European Patent Office were uncovered by Autocar. It’s been known for some time that Ferrari has been working on Hybrid and 4WD systems, but these drawings show that Ferrari is in fact looking at a simpler system designed more to aid handling than to benefit the environment.
Senate passes cash-for-clunkers extension
Thu, 06 Aug 2009The Senate added $2 billion to "cash for clunkers" on Thursday, ending a week of suspense about whether the popular new program would have to shut down for lack of funds. The bill, identical to the one that passed the House last week, now goes to President Barack Obama for his signature. The administration has pushed hard for the new funding.
