A Very Nice 1971 Motors Book  Up for your consideration is the renowned Motor's 1971 Auto Repair Manual, Service Trade Edition, 34th edition (copyright 1971). This great manual is a must have for the auto collector and restorer. It covers all American made cars from 1965 to 1971 and is in Excellent ++ form, pages in Near MINT condition. (Also, it covers information on tune up data and wheel alignment for 1946-1964.)  As you see from the pictures, it details all the parts for the complete automobile. For instance, it has the General Service Sections covering: A/C, Brakes, Carbs, Dash Gauges, Fuel Pumps, Generators, Regulators, Ignitions, Differentials, Rear Axles, Starters, Steering, Troubleshooting, Tune Ups, and Transmissions.  Every car is detailed like this. All kinds of transmissions, adjustments specs for all carb models, etc. Each chapter applies to all manufacturers, except the engine section, which details each maker separately! And there is much more, as at the end of the book, it has a nice page on how to tow these old classics the correct way............ Great Info!!  If that’s not enough, exploded diagrams and illustrations fill this big book, which is 1048 pages long! This is a perfect addition to your garage library. But one example was finished in (a rather nice, we think) shade of pink right at the factory for Harley Earl's wife. Hemmings Daily has the story on this rare car, which is heading to auction this week.

We’ve assumed that this will end up being a revival if the Isetta name to badge up the BMW city runarounds. But it looks as if that’s not the case after a pile of new BMW trademarks were posted on the e90Post forum.
