Tue, 08 Oct 2013A LOLLIPOP LADY who dived in front of an out-of-control car to push a group of children to safety has been honoured at an awards ceremony to celebrate the country's unsung heroes. Karin Williams, from Rhoose in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, won the prize at the Daily Mirror Pride of Britain Awards, but the mother-of-one insisted: "I'm not brave." That’s an increase of almost 50% on the selling price of the former record-setting 250 GTO, an example built for Sir Stirling Moss and sold in 2012. The latest deal is a private transaction and both the identity of the new owner and the location of the car are being kept secret.
