These are the convertible top latches that mount to the header bow. They work when they were token off. They need a good cleaning and should work fine. I think they work from 65-70 Impala. Jeep Wrangler and Chevrolet Cruze are checked for engine fires
Mon, 02 Apr 2012The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is looking into complaints that some Jeep Wrangler vehicles and Chevrolet Cruze sedans are prone to engine fires. The investigation is taking a look at the 2010 Jeep Wrangler and the 2011 Chevy Cruze. NHTSA says it has eight complaints about engine fires in the Wrangler and two complaints about the Cruze.
