But it’s not just the price that’s large – at least on the E63 AMG – it’s the E Class Estate itself. It’s the first time we've seen the California with its folding hard-top erected, and extra snippets of information - like the size of the 2+2 - have now been announced. Its 4560mm length puts the California midway between an Aston Martin V8 Vantage and DB9, while the Ferrari’s 1900mm width means it is wider than both Brits.
