Tue, 11 Jan 2011The Jaguar XJ receives Automobile Magazine's All Star Award No, ‘All Star’ doesn’t refer to celebs who’ve fallen for the charms of Jaguar’s new XJ, from our own Jaguar-loving Richard Madeley to rap’s own Mr Jay-Zed who featured a new XJ in a recent vid. The ‘All Star’ here is the All-Star Award from America’s Automobile magazine who’ve decided that the new XJ deserves an award, just as the Jaguar XF deserved the same accolade in 2009 and 2010. Infiniti Q50 hit by steer-by-wire recall in the US
Thu, 26 Dec 2013Infiniti has issued a recall notice in the US for a small number of Q50 models fitted with the firm’s new Direct Adaptive Steering system. This is a ‘steer-by-wire’ steering system that only has a mechanical link between the steering wheel and the wheels as a back-up. The rest of the time the steering is operated by electronics, rather than a direct connection.
Ferrari adds Apple executive to board

Eddy Cue has worked for Apple for 23 years and reports directly to company CEO Tim Cook. He serves as senior vice president of Internet and software activities for the Cupertino, Calif., company.
