Nissan GT-R to be revised for Europe

It might have just announced a new lap record at the Nurburgring – chief test driver Tochio Suzuki shaved nine seconds off the GT-R's previous record of 7min 38 – but Nissan's engineers are already working on upgrades to the everyman's supercar.Chief vehicle engineer Kazutoshi Mizuno told CAR Online that the GT-R models bound for the American market would benefit from a range of small tweaks, including three harder engine mounts and a stiffer transaxle mount to stop the mechancial parts from moving under extreme cornering. GM moves Nesbitt back to design group in management shake-up

The goal is to reduce layers of management under Mark Reuss, GM's president for North America. Land Rover pledges continued support for Race2Recovery
Wed, 20 Nov 2013LAND ROVER has confirmed it will continue to sponsor the Race2Rocovery team of injured British servicemen who are tackling the 2014 Dakar Rally. The Race2Recovery team is the only disabled rally outfit in the world and will compete using Land Rover-based Wildcat race machines. Land Rover is providing the team with parts, logistics, vehicle and financial support throughout their 2014 campaign.
