I am retiring and its time to sell alot of the goodies my late husband and I have accumulated over the years. Up for sale is a real nice 1965 Buick Special Skylark GS AM Radio. There is a tag on the side of the radio that says Model 7289714. There is a note on the bottom of the radio that says " Serviced! Plays Good". We picked up this radio and alot of others over the years at various venues. I recently had it tested and it plays great up and down the dial! The case is clean with almost no rust. All mechanicals work as they should. The nose, lens and pushbuttons look to be in good condition with some minimal pitting on the face. The radio comes with only 3 knobs as shown in picture. Center to center distance on the shafts is approx. 6 l/4". I'm selling the radio without a warranty because the electonics is over 35 years old and I don't trust old electronics. I will be putting up more radios from my late husbands estate for sale this week and next week. The radio you see in the picture is the one you get. Starting point for the new Superb is £18,555 for the 1.4-litre TSI 125PS S hatch, with prices rising to the range-topping Laurin & Klement Estate at £32,455, but there’s plenty of engine and trim versions in between to fit your budget. There’s a total of six engine options on offer – 1.4 TSI, 1.8 TSI, 3.6 V6 are the petrols and a choice of 1.6 TDI and 2.0 TDI with 140PS or 170PS for the diesels – with trim choices of S, SE, Elegance and Laurin & Klement with a couple of Eco ‘GreenLine’ models in the mix too.

Even the Chinese car market is suffering at the moment, but the simple fact is that with such a huge population, and a Chinese DNA that seems to predispose them to commerce now they are allowed to ‘Trade’ once again, there will probably be more potential Porsche buyers in China in the next 10 years than in the rest of the world combined. So suck-up now seems a good motto.
Elegant 1933 one-offs take top honors at the Concours d'Elegance of America

Jim Patterson's 1933 Delage D8S was crowned best European car, while Joseph Cassini's 1933 Chrysler Imperial Phaeton with body by LeBaron took the top honors for American-made cars.
