1965 Impala SS Console door hinge You are bidding on an original console door hinge from a 1965 SS Impala. This may fit 1966 models, along with Chevelles and other GM cars but please check. This is in fair condition but appears to be a little tweeked. Can probably be straightened, if necessary. Please look at the photos. This is not perfect by any means but may be better than what you have. Just trying to clean house and let someone use what I no longer need. I accept PayPal or other means. Michelin Challenge Design 2009 preview
Wed, 07 Jan 2009Michelin has released details of three more contenders which will be displayed at the Michelin Challenge Design exhibit at the 2009 NAIAS next week. The stand will feature 11 scale models and 24 two-dimensional drawings that were selected by a jury of top automotive designers. Among these are Raquel Aparicio’s Soft Vehicle, Fernando Gomez’s Packard concept and Niels Grubak Iversen and David Goncalves’ Phoenix concept.
Vauxhall Astra (2009): first interior photos
Thu, 18 Jun 2009By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 18 June 2009 15:15 Vauxhall has released the first interior pictures of the new sixth-generation Astra, showing that the inside of the five-door hatch has been heavily influenced by the bigger Insignia's. The architecture broadly follows that of the Insignia, with (at least in top-spec models) a high-set sat-nav system, sitting above the audio and air-con controls and flanked by the central air vents. The air vents themselves are more angular than the items you'll find in the Insignia, and the dash itself also appears more upright.
Best petrol price falls since 2008
Fri, 18 Oct 2013MOTORISTS are enjoying the biggest fall in petrol prices since the credit crunch days of 2008. But the AA has warned that a further dip in prices is unlikely. Average petrol prices in the UK fell 5.49p a litre between mid September and mid-October - the biggest monthly fall since the 11.5p petrol price collapse in November 2008, the AA said.
