Condition:Used

.

Offered is this deck lid removed from a 1966 Plymouth Satellite. Will fit Belvedere, but the holes for the deck lid trim panel will need to be filled for Belvedere I models.

Overall, decent for a driver, but not perfect. There is some surface rust on the reverse side, but nothing bad. There is on spot of rot at the front corner of the passenger side (near the rear window), as shown. The pinch weld along the bottom lip is crusty but largely intact. It will need to be cleaned, maybe a few repairs and seam sealed.

The top side has some dings, and is drilled for a trim panel as well as for the indivisual PLYMOUTH letters.

Not good enough for a restoration, but maybe nice enough to repair for a decent ride.

If the deck lid of your ride or project is damaged or missing, this may be worthy of your consideration..

PLEASE NOTE! I cannot ship this. It can be picked up here (half an hour west of Rochester, NY and about an hour northeast of Buffalo), I can deliver if somewhat local, or perhaps we can meet somewhere. Please ask.

If you need additional information or pictures, please feel free to contact me. Thanks for looking, and please be sure to see the other items I have offered.

Only a short marketing blurb was issued today, giving away no further facts. Here's what they told us:'Two of the biggest names in automotive performance have come together to work on a special one-off project, and the result promises to be truly staggering.  Subaru UK and Cosworth have enhanced the performance, handling and styling of the acclaimed Impreza STI, creating a car that will raise the bar for all-wheel-drive, high-performance motoring.
