This is a gorgeous gauge cluster.  This is for a 1966.  Although it will also fit a 1967 THEY ARE NOT THE SAME.  A 1967 has the bright light indicator in the speedometer and a few other minor differences.  This has a new lens, a new chrome housing, a new gauge face cover plate, and has an extremely clean and corrosion free back case.  Inside of case is very clean with gorgeous new correct green/blue paint.  Gauge faces are very, very nice.  Numbering on odometer is less than perfect. Clock has been cleaned and lubricated and works perfect.  Fuel gauge works as it should (tested with a working sending unit).  There is a very small check in lens right behind clock knob at hole in lens. Almost completely unseen.  (see pictures)  Please feel free to ask questions. If you need a cluster for a column shift car, please let me know as I can make that happen too.

McLaren MP4-12C – the website +video

Fri, 02 Oct 2009

McLaren has launched a new website concentrating on the new MP4-12C Which is actually a good website. It has reams of good information and lots of images. I wouldn’t try using it from a dial-up connection, as it’s heavy on flash and imagery, but if you have a half decent connection it’s worth a play.

2015 Kia Sorento revealed ahead of Paris Motor Show debut

Tue, 12 Aug 2014

Kia Kia has released pictures of its third-generation Sorento SUV ahead of its European unveiling at the Paris Motor Show 2014. The 2015 Kia Sorento is a seven-seat bigger brother to the Sportage, which itself received a mid-life update earlier this year. In typical Kia fashion, the front of the 2015 Sorento is dominated by its “tiger nose” grille, as well as long swept-back headlights – similar to those on the Cee'd hatchback.

Lincoln MKC Revealed. It’s NOT a titivated Ford Kuga/Escape, say Ford

Thu, 14 Nov 2013

The production version of the Lincoln MKC Compact SUV (pictured) has been revealed When Ford divested itself of its premier marques – Aston Martin, Jaguar, Land Rover – it left it with little wriggle room to compete in anything but the mainstream car market. Ford in Europe is trying to address that by launching ‘Vignale’ badged cars which promise to offer more ‘Premium quality’ than its mainstream models, and Ford in the US is doing the same thing by trying to reinvent the Lincoln badge as the answer to German premium models. Step forward the new Lincoln MKC, the production version of the Lincoln MKC Concept we saw at the Detroit Auto Show in January..
