This is a must have for any muscle car resource library. Would also make an excellent gift. A 'Car Guy' production from directly back in the day but now on modern DVD format made by yours truly. Nobody else has my items. If you find someone else selling same items it only means they copied my hard work and efforts at preserving what I believe is history. (*So please let me know if you happen to notice someone selling my efforts)

This is a fabulous source of information. As you probably know, if you can just glean one thing from this DVD it makes it well worth having as a resource.

A must have DVD for the Chevelle owner, fan, and/or any muscle car lover. When watching you'll realize this comes directly from back in the day. Check out my other listing for rare items. My growing feedback shows others who share my interests in gaining knowledge from where ever one can find it.

Some of my listings mention that the proceeds go to offsetting racing expenses and that's still the case. Let's go racing!

Item - DVD - Meet the 1966 Chevelle - Duration 10:25 - DVD presented in a vintage label inside a jewel case.

Bloodhound SSC – 1000mph World Record plan

Tue, 24 Nov 2009

The Bloodhound SSC – aims to hit 1,000mph   The current world record stands at a relatively measly 763mph (measly certainly in comparison to the target set by the Bloodhound SSC Team) and the technical obstacles the Bloodhound team has had to overcome to get their record attempt on target have been substantial. The Bloodhound design has gone through ten evolutions in the last year and has now settled on a plan that has overcome initial obstacles. The first evolution of the Bloodhound saw the 200kg rocket sat above the EJ200 Eurofighter Typhoon jet engine, but that didn’t develop sufficient thrust.

Mercedes-Benz will begin equipping its cars with inflatable seatbelts for rear passengers, making it the second automaker to use the safety technology. Mercedes said the belt would be introduced on an upcoming luxury car. A likely candidate is the redesigned S-class sedan, which the German automaker is preparing to put into production next year.
