67 - 68 DODGE 14" HUBCAP

THESE  CAPS ARE GETTING HARDER TO FIND AND REALLY COOL TO DISPLAY IN THE TRUNK IF YOU ARE RUNNING CUSTOM WHEELS.

ON TO THE DESCRIPTION.  THIS IS AN UNRESTORED CAP THAT IS IN GOOD OVERALL CONDITION.  IT SUFFERS FROM TYPICAL WEAR BUT IS ONE OF THE BRIGHTER EXAMPLES WE HAVE CAME ACROSS.  HONESTLY, WE RARELY FIND THESE.  THERE ARE LITTLE BB DINGS, FINGER PRINT DINGS AND LIGHT SCRATCHES.  MINOR ISSUES FOR MOST APPLICATIONS.  THERE IS ALSO SOME COLOR/FINISH WEAR IN THE CENTER.  THE NICE THING ABOUT THE CENTER IS IT IS NOT ALL PITTED UP LIKE MANY OF THESE.  ANYWAY, IT'S NOT PERFECT FRIENDS, NONE OF THESE OLD CAPS ARE.  HOWEVER IT IS A REASONABLY PRICED,  REALLY GOOD, UNRESTORED EXAMPLE THAT WOULD SERVE MANY OWNERS WELL.

COOL EXAMPLE FROM A DAY GONE BY.  ON A SCALE OF 1-5 WITH 5 AS THE HIGH, BASED ON AGE, RARITY & CONDITION I RATE IT A 3 +.

ONE OTHER COMMENT, WE SPENT A SEVERAL WEEKENDS AT SOME OF THE LARGEST SWAP MEETS IN THE MIDWEST OVER THE LAST FEW YEARS.  HUNDREDS OF VENDORS, THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE AND NONE OF THESE.  TAKE A CLOSE LOOK AT THEM.  WE ALSO ATTEND BARRETT JACKSON AND MECUM AUCTIONS REGULARLY. THE POINT IS THIS.  ONLY THE FINEST AND ULTRA EXPENSIVE CARS SEEM TO HAVE PERFECT TRIM.

I try to be honest about what I sell.  Almost all of these old hubcaps have imperfections.  Unless you are willing to spend hundreds for a set the best you can do are look for those in decent shape which this is.

WE SHIP ALL OVER THE WORLD!

WE COMBINE SHIPPING AND HANDLING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS TOO.

These old car parts are becoming more and more scarce.  After 9 years of selling over a 7000 items we've come to this conclusion.   If we can't sell the parts for a reasonable price, we're going to warehouse them. This is especially true of the nice parts and more unusual parts.  All they can do is go up in value.  Our point is this.  We've got the space and the means to collect and store what we sell.  Having said that don't be surprised if we run an item only once or twice and if it doesn't sell it doesn't show back up.  Please don't misunderstand us.  We want and do appreciate your business.  It just doesn't make sense to us to spend time and money relisting items over and over when almost all of these parts have only one way to go in the future.  UP.

PLEASE NOTE:  DUE TO SEVERAL NON-PAYERS WE HAVE ADDED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT MEANT FOR THOSE TYPE OF BIDDERS.  WHILE THE VAST MAJORITY OF BUYERS PAY FOR WHAT THEY BID ON, WE HAVE RECENTLY SEEN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN UNPAID ITEMS.  SO>>>IF YOU PLAN ON BIDDING PLEASE PLAN ON PAYING.   THANKS.  HAPPY BIDDING.

Ford aims at VW with new 2013 Focus ST video

Sat, 27 Oct 2012

We don’t do much complaining here at Autoweek—unless you’re clogging up the left lane—and overall we know we’re very lucky to be in our position. But we’re not quite as lucky as Ford factory drivers Ken Block and Vaughn Gittin Jr., who get an entire abandoned neighborhood to play around in with the new Focus ST. Block grabs the Focus and Gittin Jr.

Driven: Lexus GS450h

Tue, 21 Aug 2012

Lexus' identity is still unclear, even 20 years after it launched. Toyota's premium brand has perpetually failed to establish a clear identity of its own due mainly to a lack of consistency and detail refinement across its products. Can the new GS change these perceptions?

Infiniti G37 convertible carries $44,715 sticker price

Thu, 04 Jun 2009

The 2009 Infiniti G37 convertible will carry a $44,715 sticker price, including shipping charges, when it rolls into showrooms later this month, the luxury automaker said Thursday. Would you prefer that your G37 convertible have the six-speed manual transmission instead of the seven-speed auto? Add another $50 to the sticker's bottom line.
