This is a OEM windshield wiper vacuum tank with check valve for 1967 & 1968 full sized Mercury models including wagons made by Trico for Mercury. This tank is for the vacuum wiper system for only 2 models years 1967 & 1968. The tank measures 3 1/2" x 2" in diameter. The TRICO number is P 85595-61. This part was removed from an Arizona owned 1967 Mercury Park Lane four door with disc brakes and intregral AC. The Ford basic part numbers listed above are believed to be correct. May fit other years as well or have other applications.

The general is very good for a 48 year old part. This came from a donor vehicle that did not have an engine. The tank has been tested and does hold a vacuum. Not sure how the check valve works. It is and has been stored in Phoenix Arizona outside.  Look at the pictures close and you be the judge to see if this will work for you. Other pictures can be obtained for this part prior to 24 hours from the end of the auction. Inspections can be made at my location in Phoenix. I am with in 3 miles of Sky Harbor airport. Payment arrangements must be made with in 72 hours. If payment is made after 72 hours from auction end, shipping may be delayed.

Shipping quoted will be least expensive for US destinations. For international destinations shipping is available at additional cost. Other services are available at additional cost if you wish to use a different service. I have access to any other service if you wish to use at the going rate for that service. Vauxhall Ellesmere Port - Saved General Motors is to keep Vauxhall’s Ellesmere Port open, move to three shift working and create 700 new jobs. The overcapacity of mainstream car manufacture in Europe as the market becomes ever more polarised between premium and budget cars – squeezing the middle – means car maker having to rationalise their output. Many thought that could mean the end of Vauxhall’s Ellesmere Port as GM sought to stem its European losses (around £2 billion in the last three years), especially as it is easier to close plants and lay off workers in the UK than in mainland Europe.

Opel/Vauxhall has released images of the RAK e concept prior to its unveiling at the Frankfurt motor show next week. Billed as a car that ‘could revolutionize urban transport', it's clear that the company is thinking along similar lines to Volkswagen (Nils) and Audi (Urban Concept). Frankfurt's shaping up to offer a feast of these new single or tandem seat concept vehicles that conceptually sit in between a scooter and a small car.
