1967 1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT3500 GT500 fastback FB rear interior fiberglass trap door trim panel. The part number reads C8ZB-63423B80-EW. It is used condition, has been painted and would be ideal for daily driver or restoration. It has been dyed black but can be changed to match interior. There are cracks around the screw holes but will not be visible once installed. The texture is rough in some spots

Daimler and Renault-Nissan strike a global partnership

Daimler today struck a wide-ranging partnership with the Renault-Nissan alliance, in a deal that will usher in new jointly developed cars, shared technologies and a multitude of cost savings.  Cars such as the new 2014 Smart Fortwo will now be twinned with the next Renault Twingo, while the Forfour is set for a comeback and we can expect plenty of shared combustion engines and electric motors, borrowed platforms and jointly developed SUV tech across all three parties. And that's only scratching the surface of the possibilities opened up by this wide-ranging deal.

Terry Karges will take over as executive director of the Petersen Automotive Museum in Los Angeles on Aug. 15, replacing Buddy Pepp, who is retiring after more than two years on the job. Karges brings four decades of automotive, entertainment and motorsports management experience to the Petersen.
