Don't overlook this important step when restoring your seats!!! Between the seat frame and the foam cushion is a layer of burlap threaded through the wire springs. 2012 Honda CR-V, 2013 Acura ILX recalled for door-latch fix
Thu, 19 Jul 2012Honda is recalling about 166,000 copies of the 2012 Honda CR-V SUV and 6,200 copies of the 2013 Acura ILX sedan to fix a door latch. Honda says the release cable can come off the front door latch. If this happens, the door may not properly close or can open without warning, even when locked.

The upper echelon family hauler will sport a six-speed automatic -- replacing the five-speed -- and 3.5-liter V6 making 248 hp and 250 lb-ft of torque. Fuel mileage is up to 19 mpg in the city and 28 on the highway in part because of Honda’s Variable Cylinder Management.
