Clearing out my garage out of past car project parts, this a original factory cowl vent panel for a 1967 to 69 Chevrolet Camaro. It was removed from a 69 Camaro project I had going on but the car was sold before it was completed and for reasons I no longer remember this never went along with it. It is now in a grey primer for the first time but before I covered it I took pictures so you can see the actual panel. This has been stored in my garage for about 7 years without any primer at all just wrapped up tight in clear plastic wrap. As you can see the condition is very good with no rust thru, dings or dents on its face and only a skin shot of body filler to smooth it out. On the edges one is fine while the other will need a little straightening (see pictures) but it is nothing that cannot be handled with basic bodywork skills. You will need of course to refinish this as needed for you project car and this factory cowl panel will keep your all American muscle car just that all American. Shipping worldwide, ask questions and thank you always for looking.

Ford creates ‘driver workload estimator’ to reduce driver distraction

Tue, 10 Jul 2012

Ford researchers have created a ‘driver workload estimator’ help reduce driver distraction by filtering infotainment and communication distractions. Researchers at Ford are working on a system that would use information submitted by the vehicle and the driver's body to prioritize what information can be displayed and at what time. With the ever-increasing demand for advanced infotainment systems, the chance of driver distraction has also risen as more displays and controls are integrated into the latest models.
