Once we receive the return it will be inspected and a resolution will be determined. If the inspection determines that the part is defective or not the correct item, we will exchange it if another part is available or refund you if we do not have more of that item. If our inspection determines that the part has been altered or damaged in any way by the customer there will be no possibility of refund. Damage resulting from mishandling, attempted installation, and inadequate return packaging all apply. The global market for large executive saloons was in decline long before the Great Recession appeared, the buyers in this segment increasingly tempted by models as diverse as the BMW X6, Infiniti FX, Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes GL-Class crossovers and SUVs. The generation that was chauffeured in an S-class or XJ is retiring, with the owner-drivers who succeed them soon to be preferring a Porsche Panamera, Aston Martin Rapide or Audi A7.

Clunkers claims hit $1.15 billion Monday, government says
Tue, 11 Aug 2009Dealer claims for cash-for-clunkers rebates continued to climb late last week after it became clear that the program would get $2 billion in new funding. Dealers had submitted 273,077 applications totaling $1.15 billion as of Monday morning, the Department of Transportation said today. That's about $120 million above the figure of last Friday morning.
