Never used but obviously showing signs of its age.  I'm unsure if it holds air and not going to try because that would probably cause the tire to show signs of use.  The rubber, however, looks good.  I see no signs of dry rot or any reason that it wouldn't inflate.  Comes with air canister.  Again, I'm unsure of it's condition either except that it's got surface rust all across the outside.
