Lexus has revealed that the 2013 Lexus LS will start at £71,995 for the LS 460 Luxury rising to £99,495 for the LS 600h L Premier. Lexus has brought back the LS 460 for those who don’t want the hybrid LS 600h, so you can now have your new LS with a 4.6 litre V8 with 382bhp and no electric gubbins. We honestly had no idea that a Guinness World Record existed for the Farthest Reverse Ramp Jump by a Car, so imagine our surprise when we learned that professional skateboarder and MTV personality Rod Dyrdek set out to break that record at Six Flags Magic Mountain using a Chevrolet Sonic.

Hiromu Naruse dies in LFA Nurburgring Frankly, we’re not too sure of all the details, but it appears that Hiromu Naruse, Toyota’s Chief Test Driver – and Akio Toyoda’s personal driver – has been killed on a public road near the Nurburgring whilst at the wheel of a Lexus LFA Nurburgring Special. The reports coming in  state that Naruse collided with a BMW being driven by two test drivers. Neither of the test drivers in the BMW was killed, although it seems that one has life threatening injuries and is in a critical condition.
