Up for auction is a nice set of usable driver quality red carpet out of a 1967 Corvette Convertible.  The set includes 6 pieces which are the 2 front mats, the rear behind the seats. the back carrier space, and the 2 wheel wells.  Not included is the piece that fits on top of the lid where jack goes, or the 2 front kick panels.  These are in nice shape and show very little wear.  They do not include any padding.

These may fit other year models but you need to be sure.

Tesla Model S goes up in price

The electric Tesla Model S – which won’t arrive in the UK until at least late in 2013 – is going up in price in the US and gets a spec change. The Tesla Model S is perhaps, just perhaps, the only really credible electric car so far; a luxury ‘Sports’ saloon car that offers range almost comparable to an ICE car and, it seems, prices that aren’t an awful lot different. That makes it a far more appealing prospect as a replacement for an ICE car than anything we’ve previously seen.

Video: Toyota teases Furia concept

Toyota has released a teaser a teaser video to promote its new Furia concept, set to be unveiled at the 2013 North American International Auto Show in Detroit next month. From what we can tell, the orange sedan concept features some carbon fiber accents – check out the rear lip spoiler – and there appears to be the standard next-generation lights we see on every concept. The world debut of the Furia Concept will be broadcast live online via Livestream on 14 January.
