This is a very nice brand new well-detailed aqua 1967 Ford CUSTOM (Galaxie) 4-door sedan die-cast collectible. It was made in 1:64 scale by the G-Lite Company and is nicely detailed including proper trim, factory-correct authentic stock wheels/whitewall tires and a functional hood that opens to reveal the FoMoCo V8. The car pictured is part of my collection--the identical one you receive has NEVER been displayed and will be shipped to you in its factory ORIGINAL un-opened package. FREE US shipping!!! John Cooper Fitch -- World War II hero, racer par excellence, safety pioneer, and all-around nice guy -- used to show off his Phoenix at the annual Greenwich Concours d'Elegance in southwestern Connecticut, not terribly far from his 1700s estate in his beloved Lime Rock. The Phoenix was his vision of an American Porsche, a strange mashup of a De Tomaso Pantera with Corvette Stingray. Twin humps on the fenders hid dual spare tires, different sizes for the front and rear.

Detroit Tigers pitcher Armando Galarraga may have just missed a perfect game on Wednesday night, but General Motors tried to help make up for it--with a 2010 Chevrolet Corvette convertible. Galarraga retired the first 26 Cleveland Indians batters in order on Wednesday night. The would-be final batter, Jason Donald, appeared to ground out, but umpire Jim Joyce ruled him safe in a controversial call that later that night he admitted was wrong.
